Position Purpose
The Kids Company Child Care Assistant and Aide works closely with the Kids Company Site Leader and Program Leader to ensure a safe, caring, and positive child care environment for all participants.
Essential Functions
- Provide daily supervision, interaction, and behavior management for varying groups of children.
- Work cooperatively with all Kids Company staff to plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.
- Supervise and engage children at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Equipment
May use standard office equipment such as a copy machine and telephone.
Travel Requirements
Travel between district buildings and within the community may be required depending on schedule/site assignment.

Qualifications Profile
- Experience working with youth in a supervisory capacity required.
Salary and Benefits
Per AESP Master Agreement
Schedule
Mornings: 6:45-7:45/8:00 am
Afternoons: 2:45/3:00-5:30 pm
Non-School Day Hours: 6:45 am-5:30 pm - Hours Vary
Substitute Positions Also Available
Schedules vary based on the district calendar, program needs, and student enrollment.
