We are a long standing but, a quickly growing practice seeking an energetic Front Office Receptionist join our team!
Front office Receptionist is expected to be friendly and outgoing with our patients, dedicated to outstanding customer service, seamless scheduling and reappointment.
Needs to be confident communicator, and have professional phone skills.
Must be exceptional at keeping the schedule productive and follow up recalls, while maintaining a professional image as far as appearance, speech and conduct.
Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Being organized and good at multitasking is an important part of this position.
Also must be helpful with other areas of the office.
Summary: The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for customer service and coordinate a smooth and timely patient experience with scheduling and Comfort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Scheduling, registration, medical records, data entry and processing.
Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of staff.
Executes all filing and organizational systems for the practice
Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a compliant and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
Support business goals by utilizing schedules effectively.
Follow and demonstrate commitment to Alamont Dental polices, Professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient experience.
Other Duties as assigned.
