Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a medical office setting and possess strong clerical and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
-Must be flexible with schedule, on time, and be reliable with your schedule
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office, other hotels or similar setting is highly preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for billing and invoicing purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience in calendar management is a plus
