Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, smoothies, soft serve, and food items according to Firebrand’s standards.

Provide warm, welcoming, and consistent customer service to every guest.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, sanitizing, mopping, and removing trash during shifts.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers in person and via Slack.

Restock ingredients, paper goods, and beverages using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and compliance.

Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols in alignment with CA Health Code and HACCP principles.

Accurately handle POS transactions, including processing takeout orders.

Ensure all Daily, Weekly and monthly checklists are completed and turned in

Uphold California break compliance—taking timely 10-minute and 30-minute breaks as required.

Collaborate with the team to run food, pack orders, and ensure a smooth flow of service.

Participate in ongoing team training, including harassment prevention, and food safety certification.

18 years or older.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.

Available for holidays, evenings, and at least one weekend day.

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Comfortable using Slack for internal communication.
