Looking for someone to work 3 - 4 days a week.

Job Overview:

We’re a small, vibrant café tucked inside a beautiful business building atrium—think lush greenery and natural light all day while you work. Since opening in 2016, we’ve built a loyal following with our take-out lunch, espresso drinks, and boba (served after 10 AM). We’re proudly woman-owned with a tight-knit team of 6–7.

We also operate a growing e-commerce boba shop from the same space, so when the café slows down, you'll help package teas and stock retail items.

Hours :

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM *New Hours*

Saturday 8:30am to 1pm *New Hours*

Sunday CLOSED

We are adding Saturday to our new hours. Must be able to work Saturday.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and truly cares about great customer service—because most of our customers are regulars and we want them to stay that way. You should be quick on your feet, able to multitask like a pro (taking orders, making drinks, calling out pickups), and okay with change—because our menu is always evolving with new specials and creative ideas.

Punctuality is a must (we only run one shift), and having a food handler card is a plus—but if you don’t have one, we’ll cover the cost for you to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Demonstrate time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, consistent, and top-notch customer service to all guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and boba beverages (after 10 AM) with care and speed
• Assist with basic food prep and plating for breakfast, lunch, and rotating specials
• Call out completed orders and maintain smooth flow during busy hours
• Keep the café space clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day
• Restock and maintain retail and boba inventory in both the café and e-commerce areas
• Package boba tea products for online orders during downtime
• Adapt to weekly menu changes and new drink specials
• Arrive on time and ready to work—our one-shift setup depends on everyone showing up
• Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team
