Minister of Music / Worship Leader

Seventh Street Baptist Church – Cullman, Alabama

Seventh Street Baptist Church is seeking a Minister of Music/ Worship Leader who is called by God to lead Christ-centered worship within the church. This individual will guide the congregation to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, fostering an environment that honors God and encourages participation from the body of Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan Sunday worship services and special services
• Shepherd, disciple, and develop choir members and musicians
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and Youth and Young Adult Director in planning and coordinating services
• Oversee all aspects of the worship ministry, including rehearsals and service preparation
  
  

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of salvation and a calling to serve as a Minister of Music/ Worship Leader.
• Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
• Demonstrated ability to lead congregational worship and build effective ministry teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor of Arts in Music or currently pursuing a degree in music or a related field
  
  

Position Details

• Part-time position
