The Music Leader (Intern) and is responsible for helping develop the church’s comprehensive music ministry. This 6-month residency focuses on leadership development, vocational discernment, and identify potential for recruitment within the leadership of North Hill Church. This is a crucial leadership role to help establish the music ministry of North Hill.

- Co-Direct the planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating of a comprehensive music program in preparing groups, soloists and choirs for internal and external ministry.
- Work with the pastor in selecting music for regular and special worship services.
- Coordinate the music program with the organizational calendar and emphases of the church.
- Contribute to the maintenance and replacement of all music-related equipment, supplies and instruments.
- Direct congregational singing at all regularly scheduled worship services.
- Assist in planning and arranging an "Order of Service" for worship services.
- Aid in any other tasks appointed by the pastor.
