Duties
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, to move cars within the dealership lot or service area.
- Assist guests by parking and retrieving their vehicles efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving vehicle parts or equipment as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Process cash transactions for valet services or other customer payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership’s outdoor areas, including lot organization and trash removal, in all weather conditions.
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in guest services with excellent communication skills.
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently.
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work, heavy lifting, and long periods of standing or walking.
- Skilled in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math for processing transactions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with valet parking is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction.
