Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is growing and looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our high-performing service team. Responsibilities – Diesel Technician:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford diesel vehicles, including F-Series trucks
• Perform engine, transmission, driveline, and electrical system repairs
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary services
• Accurately document repair findings and completed work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs
• Stay current with Ford training, bulletins, and diesel technology updates

Qualifications:

• 
  5 years of Ford diesel technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• ASE or Ford certifications a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
