Work Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday, overtime as required
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus pay for after-hours work
Job Summary: To install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in accordance with company standards, while delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring high-quality, timely job performance.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- HVAC trade school certification is preferred
- Ability to obtain St. Louis County HVAC journeyman license within two to three years
- Experience in the installation of gas piping, refrigeration systems, and ductwork
- Strong working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Understanding of low-voltage systems and system testing/balancing
- Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
- NATE certification or the ability to obtain within one year
