Daily Responsibilities
- Complete residential HVAC system replacements and installations
- Install furnaces, condensers, coils, thermostats, and accessories
- Fabricate and install duct transitions as needed
- Test equipment and verify proper system performance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work efficiently with installation teammates to complete projects on schedule
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read installation specifications and follow company standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
