Lead HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $45-$60/hour depending on experience
Location: St. Louis, MO
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to combine advanced field service with leadership responsibilities. Daily Responsibilities
- Handle advanced residential HVAC diagnostics and repairs
- Support technicians with difficult troubleshooting and technical questions
- Provide coaching and field training to newer technicians
- Promote safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Help improve departmental processes and efficiency
- Lead by example through professionalism and accountability
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on scheduling priorities and technical training needs.
- Help implement new service procedures and promote best practices across the department.
Requirements
- Five or more years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
