We're currently looking for a Senior HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll handle the installation of residential and light commercial systems while also leading projects on-site and mentoring junior installers.

Work Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday, overtime as required
Compensation: $37.50 - $42.50 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus pay for after-hours work.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to lead installation projects and mentor team members
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- HVAC trade school certificate of completion is preferred
- St. Louis County HVAC journeyman license or ability to obtain it
- Strong proficiency in gas piping, refrigeration systems, and ductwork installation
- Advanced knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting
- Understanding of low-voltage systems and system testing/balancing
- Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
- NATE certification or the ability to obtain within one year
