Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (Required).

Previous sales experience, ideally in insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs.

Proficiency with standard office software.

A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs.

Develop and present tailored insurance quotes and policy recommendations.

Explain policy details clearly and answer client questions with confidence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.
