Role Description
This is a full-time hybrig role located in Southfield, MI for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring clients' coverage needs are met efficiently and professionally. The Account Manager acts as a point of contact for personal lines clients, providing expert guidance on home, auto, renters, and other personal insurance products. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management role for personal insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of Insurance principles, particularly in personal lines
- Remarket policies as needed to ensure competitive pricing and proper coverage with accuracy for client retention
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in insurance software systems Applied "EPIC" and basic computer applications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
