Technical Program Manager P3- 1546

Must Have:

• Strong technical project management experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and working directly with software engineering teams
  
• Working understanding of AWS and cloud-based development
  
• Ability to create, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and technical documentation
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code concepts
  
• STEM degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering managers and cross-functional teams to structure and execute key technical initiatives
  
• Drive Agile processes, lead standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning for one or more engineering teams
  
• Enhance team productivity by identifying and removing roadblocks, aligning priorities, and managing dependencies
  
• Develop and maintain project timelines, resourcing plans, and metrics to guide execution and delivery
  
• Foster cross-team coordination, communication, and collaboration
  
• Document technical discussions and decisions accurately; ensure follow-ups and accountability
  
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, promoting transparency and trust
  
• Continuously identify opportunities to refine delivery processes and improve team efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
  
• Proven track record managing technical projects, ideally in large-scale or distributed environments
  
• Deep sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail
  
• Strong interpersonal skills — able to “read the room” and adapt communication to various audiences
  
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a bias for action
  
• Comfortable operating with minimal supervision and rapidly adding value to new teams
  
• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer (Java or Scala background preferred)
