CA View Mainframe Specialist

Must Have:

• CA View (System Archival and Retrieval)
  
• IBM Mainframe experience
  
• JCL, SYSOUT, and production report handling
  
• Familiarity with archival and retrieval systems
  
• TSO, CICS, or similar terminal-based access tools
  
• Optional/Preferred: FileNET, IBM ECM or similar document/content management experience
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support CA View environments including archival and retrieval of system output
  
• Provide access and support for report viewing through TSO, CICS, and other mainframe tools
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CA View with other output management systems like CA Deliver
  
• Assist in configuring logical views for security and customization of report display
  
• Ensure the reliability and performance of the archival systems in a high-volume production environment
  
• Support transition and retrieval needs without requiring job reruns
  

Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on experience with CA View in a production mainframe environment
  
• Strong understanding of JCL, syslog, and mainframe report management
  
• Experience with mainframe access and integration tools such as TSO CLISTS and CICS
  
• Familiarity with automated document storage and retrieval workflows
  
• Preferred: Experience with FileNET or similar enterprise content management platforms
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
