Job Summary: The VAS Issuing Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving consultative sales and delivering training support specifically for Processing Performance Monitor (VPPM) and Visa Analytics Platform within the LAC VAS Issuing team. This position is essential for achieving the team's goals and objectives by ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outcomes. The role is based in Miami, FL, and requires a combination of sales acumen, training delivery capabilities, and technical knowledge in analytics and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for VPPM, managing enrollments, client status updates, and retention.
- Strategize and execute sales initiatives through client segmentation and tailored messaging.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify potential clients and utilize the VPPM dashboard to address client needs.
- Maintain and update potential client lists and issuer contact databases for sales and training engagements.
- Provide training to VPPM users to enhance product engagement and collect feedback for product improvement.
- Proven experience in consultative sales techniques.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience, preferably with a background in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the payment industry, specifically in card processing, is highly desirable.
