Job Summary:
The Commission Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Finance teams by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of commission calculations and payments. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with at least one year of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance/accounting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, exceptional analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy.
- Handle inquiries and adjustment requests from the Sales and Finance departments.
- Process both automated and manual commission adjustments when necessary.
- Produce reports and statements based on transactional data for commission purposes.
- Validate sales incentives and align sales reporting structures accurately.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in sales, finance, or related analytical roles is preferred. Familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp, and ChangePoint is a plus but not mandatory.
