Job Summary:
We are searching for a seasoned Senior Director of Global Payroll & Equity Administration to spearhead our worldwide payroll and equity operations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with our growth. This role involves comprehensive management of global payroll and equity administration processes, enhancing operations through strategic workflow improvements, and fostering robust cross-functional collaboration to support financial reporting and compliance. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team excellence, navigating global compliance complexities, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our expanding needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring compliance and timely processes for equity transactions.
- Lead and optimize global equity administration processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement innovative payroll and equity processes and policies, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
- Ensure alignment among key departments, supporting accurate reporting and global compliance.
- Build and guide a high-performing global team, emphasizing talent development and operational excellence.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep expertise in global payroll operations and controls.
- Demonstrated experience in global equity administration and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Experience:
- 15 years in global payroll, equity administration, or relevant financial roles.
- 8 years leading global teams within a public company.
- Experience in fast-growth environments and handling complex compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
