Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of paid social media strategies aimed at boosting customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves hands-on management of campaign budgets, analysis of campaign data to drive decisions, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the content's effectiveness across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will be experimental, leveraging A/B testing for creatives, copy, and more to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, launch, and fine-tune campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to enhance ROI.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies.
- Compile, analyze, and translate campaign data into actionable insights for sustained growth.
- Proficient in major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical skills and proficient usage of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated experience in managing data accuracy in tracking (pixels, UTM parameters).
- Familiarity and prior experience in the eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors are highly beneficial for this role.
