Job Summary:
The Senior Epic Application Analyst will specialize in enhancing patient communications using Epic Hello World SMS and Cadence systems within a healthcare setting. This role includes leading design solutions, configuring new and existing systems for improved patient engagement, and supporting high-level application modifications. The analyst will act as a technical expert ensuring that the communication solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and optimize Epic patient communication components.
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Epic modules and patient engagement functionalities.
- Lead the definition, support, and execution of go-live and rollout schedules for expanded communication capabilities.
- Evaluate and refine clinical and operational workflows to enhance communication effectiveness in alignment with healthcare standards.
- Develop, execute, and document test plans for system modifications and enhancements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in Epic Cadence and Hello World configuration.
- Experience in workflow and event-driven patient communication design.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Epic patient engagement architecture.
Industry Experience Required:
- Healthcare domain, specifically in clinical scheduling and patient communication systems.
