Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Manager to oversee the transition of legacy payroll systems to ADP Cloud based solutions, ensuring seamless implementation across various regions. This role involves direct collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and address any arising issues. The ideal candidate will lead these efforts, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project plans, charters, and scopes effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors and internal teams (e.g., Treasury, Accounting, Payroll) to ensure consistent progress.
- Maintain detailed issue logs to track and resolve challenges timely.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across diverse regions, covering hundreds of employees.
- Ensure successful and timely implementation of payroll system transitions and new integrations.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes.
- Proven experience in project management regarding implementations or vendor migrations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for project tracking.
- Extensive experience in payroll system management, with a preference for expertise in ADP Cloud Pay implementations.
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders in the LAC region.
