- Interact with business customers to gather and document business processes and requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, and detailed functional design documents.
- Work with the development team to design and implement system modifications.
- Troubleshoot Oracle system issues and create ad-hoc SQL reports as needed.
- Conduct user training and support post-implementation.
- Expertise in Oracle Financials (EBS 11i/R12) in a multi-organization environment.
- Advanced SQL skills for queries, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Java or Python for system integration and automation.
- Prior experience in Finance Technology, particularly in Oracle e-Business Suite Financial modules, is essential for this role.
