US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Responsibilities:
- Data to Insight: Synthesize headcount, hiring, and financial data from disparate sources into clear, actionable intelligence and business recommendations.
- Dashboard Development: Develop compelling, interactive dashboards (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI) with executive-ready summaries and detailed drill-downs.
- Executive Communication: Deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and insights to senior leaders, translating complex analytics into clear, data-driven stories.
- Ambiguity Champion: Confidently navigate uncertainty and evolving business priorities—proactively clarifying objectives, finding patterns amidst chaos, and proposing effective solutions.
- Process Discovery & Optimization: Analyze, document, and refine business processes, identifying constraints and areas for improvement, automation, or improved efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted business partner—liaising between business units, technical partners, and leadership to gather requirements, clarify goals, and ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Respond to rapidly-changing business needs with quick-turnaround analyses and reports that provide value and clarity.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or a similar role in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven success developing dashboards, executive reports, and data visualizations using tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL; experience with data modeling and blending diverse data sets for actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical and executive audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with ambiguous, dynamic environments—comfortable shaping direction where processes are new or continuously evolving.
- Adept at root cause analysis, critical thinking, and rapidly mastering new data sources.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—able to foster trust and build consensus across diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
