Job Summary:
We are seeking a Molding Setup Technician with extrusion blow molding experience to set up, operate, and maintain molding equipment while ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality plastic components.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and start extrusion blow molding machines.
- Install and remove molds and adjust machine settings.
- Troubleshoot molding and process issues.
- Perform first-piece inspections and monitor product quality.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance.
- Maintain production documentation and follow safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Experience with extrusion blow molding machine setup.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes.
- Ability to install molds and optimize machine performance.
- High school diploma/GED; technical training preferred.

- Industrial or Manufacturing Environment
Preferred: 2 years of molding setup experience, with exposure to robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or automation systems.
