Job Summary:
This role focuses on providing essential first-level support and development for production software, specifically within merchandising applications. You will be responsible for creating monitoring solutions, troubleshooting and debugging internally developed Java code, and implementing fixes to enhance customer experience. The position involves collaborating with development teams to improve current software, automate support processes, and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for effective feature scrutiny.
- Troubleshoot and debug internally developed Java code, utilizing SQL for resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams on software projects to enhance existing applications.
- Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
- Proficiency in utilizing Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) for efficient code.
- Experience with designing and deploying solutions on AWS.
