Job Summary:
This role requires a blend of creativity, customer advocacy, and the ability to transform complex financial concepts into accessible content. As a key player in designing end-to-end customer experiences, you'll collaborate closely with marketers and designers to craft compelling, benefit-driven stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain deep product knowledge across Intuit's suite to guide customers effectively.
- Design meaningful customer experiences from end-to-end, focusing on web and beyond.
- Partner with marketing and visual designers to create compelling, customer-centric stories.
- Translate complex financial terminology into approachable, conversational language.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication.
- Proven experience in content design and strategy.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work closely with marketing and design teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Financial Services or Technology sectors preferred, but not mandatory.
