Akkodis is seeking an experienced Yardi ERP Systems Analyst to lead strategic technology initiatives across a growing real estate organization. This role is responsible for long-term system planning, Yardi Voyager administration, platform optimization, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep Yardi expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to execute large, complex system initiatives that drive operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Pay/Salary Range: $90,000/year to $130,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Skills Desired:

• Serve as the primary Yardi Voyager administrator and subject matter expert for all modules in use (Property Management, Accounting, Investment Management, Asset Management, etc.).
• Lead system upgrades, patch management, and testing protocols to ensure minimal disruption and maximum benefit realization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process workflows, and training materials.
• Yardi Voyager Certification, or relevant technology certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) strongly preferred.
