Akkodis is seeking a Marketing Technology Lead to join a high‑impact team supporting a rapidly growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—responsible for strengthening how marketing systems, data infrastructure, reporting, and performance measurement work together. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building analytics frameworks, enhancing data pipelines, optimizing tracking/tagging, and partnering cross‑functionally to improve operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities for strategic influence and light people leadership.

Pay/Salary Range: $90,000/year to $120,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of marketing data infrastructure, tagging, and tracking (GTM, GA4).
• Familiarity with data environments such as data warehouses and BI tools (PowerBI).
• Experience or exposure to SQL and/or Python.
• Understanding of advanced measurement frameworks (attribution, forecasting, MMM, or predictive modeling).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics tools, and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Ability to operationalize data for reporting, optimization, and audience activation.

Experience & Education

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience working across marketing, data, and IT/technical teams.
• Background in digital marketing measurement, tracking, and performance analytics.
