We’re looking for a Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll go beyond simply finding candidates—you’ll help shape our talent landscape by identifying and engaging top-tier, diverse, and passive talent across all levels, from VPs to innovators in Technology, Product, Data Science, and Non-Tech functions.
You’ll play a key role in developing candidate pipelines, directly connecting with exceptional talent while also empowering hiring stakeholders to expand their own networks. Your efforts will fuel our company’s growth and ensure we continue to attract the best minds in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Proactively source, engage, and nurture diverse candidate pipelines across multiple business areas.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as the first ambassador of our brand.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business and role requirements.
Equip leaders with tools and insights to strengthen their own talent networks.
Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, automation software) to identify top talent.
Contribute to continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, workflows, and candidate engagement.
Track, measure, and report on sourcing metrics to optimize results.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with proven results.
Strong business and/or technical acumen—you can understand and articulate complex roles.
Agile and adaptable, able to pivot in a fast-moving talent landscape.
Results-driven, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
A growth mindset—curious, innovative, and eager to continuously improve.
Excellent communication skills: clear, compelling, and confident with both candidates and colleagues.
Tech-savvy with mastery of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools.
Strong written skills with the ability to create engaging outreach.
Resilient, coachable, and accountable with a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
