Akkodis is seeking a for a Project Mgmt Manager at Location: Phoenix AZ for a contract Duration: 6-Months with potential to convert.

Pay Range: $65/h- $70/h; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee and direct operations for integrated supply chain projects supporting a government customer base. This role is critical in ensuring on‑time delivery, resolving systemic issues, and driving improvements across the extended value stream. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to assess project challenges, develop recovery plans, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time product delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues.
• Lead internal and customer meetings to present recovery plans, improvement projects, and long‑term solutions.
• Deliver key communications between customer business teams, program management, and functional groups.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to enhance customer‑facing performance metrics.
• Create and manage ramp‑up plans including staffing, training, tooling, and capital readiness.
• Partner with operations, materials management, sourcing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve systemic issues.
• Escalate concerns to site leadership and contribute to delivery and quality improvement plans.
• Track monthly/quarterly requirements and report to business teams and finance.
• Conduct site visits and supplier calls to support delivery objectives.
• Prepare reports for leadership and customers regarding delivery status, recovery plans, and acceleration opportunities.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and other tools to monitor performance and identify past‑due drivers.

Must Have Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with both team members and customers.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Highly self‑motivated with a collaborative, personable demeanor.
• Background in supply chain or logistics management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace or aviation environments.
