What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for an enterprise workflow management platform supporting mission-critical operations in Washington DC.
Pay Range:$60/-$70/hr on W2 without benefits. The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ITSM workflows and capabilities
Lead user-centered discovery (research, journey mapping, workflow design)
Translate stakeholder needs into clear product priorities and backlog
Define and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Communicate product vision and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
We’re Looking For:
6 years of product management experience (enterprise platforms required)
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, backlog management & user stories
Deep understanding of ITSM, incident & change management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Proven success delivering user-centric workflow solutions
Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills
