Scrum Master Job in Omaha, Nebraska
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support one or more Agile delivery teams, driving high‑quality product delivery and continuous improvement. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages team dependencies, and helps teams deliver business value efficiently.
Pay/Salary Range: $50.00/Hour to $70.00/Hour The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and support Agile best practices.
- Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support delivery of new product features and system enhancements.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Ensure teams follow Agile processes and maintain strong communication.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC practices.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- CSM or CSP certification required.
