Akkodis is seeking a Sales Support Representative for a position with a client located in Plymouth, MI. The Sales Support Associate will play a key role in supporting sales operations through tariff analysis, documentation management, and data tracking. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Pay Range: $22/hr. - $24/hr. (The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Sales Support Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Validate the accuracy of internal tariff impact reports against import documentation
- Monitor, evaluate, and track changes affecting tariff values
- Prepare detailed reports for internal documentation and analysis
- Develop customer-facing documentation to support sales negotiations
- Consolidate and track invoices and payments to ensure timely processing
- Generate KPI reports to measure performance against defined targets
- Maintain Order Pipeline (OPL) data to support internal reviews with leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales controlling processes and activities
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ERP system
