Quality Assurance Supervisor

Akkodis is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor in Lancaster SC.

Pay Range:$75K-$85K per annum benefits. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Shift: 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM EST

Relocation assistance will provide by client if candidate is non local.

Responsibilities:

Must-Have Requirements

Industry Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates should come from one of these regulated manufacturing environments:

Pharmaceutical

Nutraceutical / Dietary Supplements

Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Quality Assurance Experience

Required:

4-5 years in FDA-regulated manufacturing

Minimum 3 years specifically in Quality Assurance

Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience

Preferred Sweet Spot

5-10 years total experience

Previously supervised employees on a manufacturing shift

Strong experience with: ISO standards (critical requirement), SOP creation and adherence, Batch record review, Deviations, Non-conformances, FDA-regulated environments

Manufacturing quality systems, Documentation-heavy quality processes
