Role / Title: EVM/Project Manager/Project Cost Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Grand Rapids MI | Onsite
Rate / Salary Range: $55/hour - $65/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description
- Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives
- Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools
- Assist section and technical managers with 3rd party resource management
- Develop, implement, and maintain tools/metrics that help engineers
- Provide CNMS leadership with inputs to help make strategic decisions on individual projects and products.
- Open plan and Cobra/DelTek Suite, schedule management (procore, premevera 6)
- Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides.
- Cash flow reports, managing cost systems, partnering with project managers.
- Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development Process
- Advanced Excel Skills using Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables and Macros
- Developing, presenting and tracking KPIs
- Familiarity with creating schedule and network diagrams
- Familiarity with Earned Value and Activity Based Management methods
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 5-10 years experience in the industry.
