Production Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a L2 Production Support for contract with a client in Charlotte, NC / Kennesaw, GA. Ideally, we are looking for a L2 Production Support resource with a Merchant Services experience.

Pay Range: $63-$65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

We are looking for a L2 Production Support resource with a Merchant Services experience (Fiserv, Visa, Chase, TSYS Payment Solutions, Clover, Square).

3-5 years of Production Support experience.

2 years of Splunk experience (pulling queries).

3 year of Merchant services/Payments/Card network experience.

Strong Triage experience.

Good documentation skills.

Strong communication skills.

Excel.

Cloud based infrastructure experience/AWS.

Details:

This role provides Production services critical applications with Clous Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and services for Healthcare Payment Solutions under Merchant Services multiple Platforms.

Merchant Services Application Support streamline in agile across four critical merchant service platforms.

Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets.

Production Ticket/Issue Triage.

Preparing RCA - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document.

Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue.

Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis.

Hands on experience with application support SRE workload.

Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks.

Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs.

Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB.

Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes.

Minimum seven years' experience in the payment technology industry. Strong knowledge of Cloud technology in AWS, Azure and Heroku methodologies.

Five to ten,(5-10) years of working into a production environment with Change management technology experience.

Working knowledge of:

Cloud Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK, Instana, Grafana, Java, Oracle, Pythan, Perl, SQL/ Splunk.

Very strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work under high intense pressure, exhibiting technical troubleshooting and effective triage skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with monitoring and alerting Dashboards and tools, such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Interscope.

Cloud Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK, Instana, Grafana,

J2EE, Spring, Microservice Unix / Linux Scripting .

Understanding of Database terminologies.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools.
