Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Fusion Security Admin for a Contract position with a client located in Boston, MA.
Rate Range: $65-$70/hr on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Title: Oracle Fusion Security Admin
Job Types: 6 Months Contract
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing security, access governance, compliance, and application security across Oracle Fusion platforms including HCM, ERP, FDI, and EPM.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Manage user access, roles, and privileges across Oracle Fusion applications
• Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models
• Perform user access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting
• Configure and maintain application security including SSO, MFA, identity management, encryption, and data protection controls
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and proactive risk management
• Partner with IT, HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, and business teams to align security and compliance initiatives
• Manage security patching, upgrades, and Oracle security best practices
• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements including SOX, GDPR, and related frameworks
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion security and administration
✔ Experience with at least 2 of the following Oracle Fusion tracks: HCM, ERP, EPM, FDI
✔ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security configuration, access controls, and identity management
✔ Hands-on experience with RBAC, SSO, MFA, and security governance
✔ Understanding of compliance and audit frameworks (SOX, GDPR, security controls)
✔ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred:
• Oracle Cloud / Oracle Security certifications
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Application Security
• CISSP, CISM, or related security certifications
