Information Technology Program Manager

This IT Program Manager job is a 12 Months Contract with a client located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite every week).

Pay Range: $62/hr - $65/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description

The Mobile Engineering Project Manager is responsible for driving product development, adoption, and expansions for one or more products within Mobile Application development space supporting various business lines.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a technical product owner/business analyst role in a project-based environment and minimum of 5 years of leading/managing people and delivering products

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.

Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across

Primary Skill-Agile tools (Jira)

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education

• Experience in managing people and delivering functionality.

• Proficient at working on multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and working experience in agile tools like Jira is preferable.

• Good time management skills: ability to set priorities, delegate work, coach team members, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.

• Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques. Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

• Understanding of the Mobile Applications space and the role it serves for Internal business units and external customers

• Experience with UI/UX design & Fintech experience

• Experience working with tech teams

• Experience with Agile software development
