We are seeking an entry‑level, hands‑on role assembling industrial control panels. Work with a team using electrical knowledge, blueprints, and basic tools. Requires accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Location: Onsite in Des Moines, IA
Rate: 25-30/hr W2
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble electrical control panels
- Follow schedules and electrical codes
- Read schematics and blueprints
- Maintain inventory and quality standards
- Test panels and verify circuits
- Keep a clean, safe work area
- Assist with updates, redlines, and shipping prep
What You Need:
- Relevant associate degree or equivalent experience
- Basic electrical or mechanical assembly skills
- Familiarity with electrical standards (NEC, UL, etc.)
- Proficiency with Windows & Microsoft Office
