Human Resources Generalist

Akkodis is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 months contract with a client located in Charlotte NC

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $37.00/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Summary:

In this role, you will develop and execute talent strategies for the Integrated Supply Chain - - providing direct support to executives leading the Operational Excellence, Data Analytics and Planning organizations. You will actively engage in talent acquisition/management, organizational design/development and workforce planning initiatives. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing organizational structure to drive organizational effectiveness

• Succession planning and talent development/retention

• Executive coaching to improve manager capability

• Project management of key business priorities

• Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions

• Leading enterprise-wide projects

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 5 years Human Resources Business Partner experience

• Prior experience working with sales or marketing professionals is preferred

• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
