Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a Contract position with a client located in Indianapolis, IN. Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in technical server support
Pay Range: $23-28/hr. The rate may be negotiated based on experience, education, geographic locations and other factors.
Job description :
- What is the role doing? Fulltime Tech Bar CE.
Additional duties as needed such as: IMAC support, familiar with ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, Dell Laptops/Workstations (repair/software support), etc...
- What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed? Windows, Dell PC's
What are the nice to have skills/experience? A , Great customer service skills
- Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector? Manufacturing / Administration Buildings
