Entry-Level Data Analyst - (Hybrid Onsite in Rittenhouse Square, 7-8 Month Contract w/ option to hire, up to $18-$20/hr W2) - Human Services Nonprofit Org.

Ouy human services client with office in Rittenhouse square is looking to bring on a data analyst on their employment services application team for a 6-month contract to hire engagement. Hybrid onsite 3x a week in their office in the Rittenhouse square area of Philadelphia.
The ideal candidate would need a strong mix of the below:
- Experience with pulling data from unstructured and structured sources into custom excel, SQL powerquery, tableau or power bi reports and dashboards.
- Experience pulling data from system or infrastructure logs, especially from salesforce, CRM, or web sources.
- Advanced excel formula experience.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with data quality standards, improving health of datasets, and regulated industry/audit requests
- Comfortability acting as a BA, gathering requirements from the business and holding vendor data sources accountable in compliance with industry regulations and regular audit for data quality.
- Engagement and interest in a human services organization, charitable mission, grant-funded nonprofit wholes services serve some of the most underrepresented communities in Philadelphia County.
*** This is a hybrid opportunity, only onsite 3x a week in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA.
Pays from $18-20/hour W2 for a 7-8 month contract engagement to start, fulltime conversion possible, 35 hour work week. Health/Vision/Dental and 401k available during the contract period.
