Content Coordinator, Product & Design

Akkodis is seeking a Content Coordinator, Product & Design job with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a Associate degree in marketing, design, or related discipline to be considered. Will be responsible for managing content assets, tracking project specific needs, and coordinating administrative processes for the product content and design teams. Will attend weekly meetings with cross-functional partners to stay aligned with project statuses and organizational goals.

Rate Range: $28/hr. to $31/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Content Coordinator, Product & Design responsibilities include:

• Assist content management team with day-to-day content account management support.
• Prepare presentations and visual decks for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Execute dynamic tasks and other projects assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Participate in discussions to share updates on deliverables and asset tracking.
• Conduct pre-launch QA in close partnership with the catalog, content, product and marketing teams to verify design and merchandising accuracy.
• Utilize Smartsheet systems to systematically track incoming requests that need to be checked (QA’d).
• Perform post-launch audits to confirm proper product placement, search filters, and accurate naming conventions on active platforms.
• Execute physical proofing by printing new design arrivals—specifically greeting cards and photo products.
• Review print samples against quality standards for at least two major customer accounts to ensure visual appeal.
• Maintain design inventories by updating tracking sheets for all newly created Owned and Licensed Card and Product Designs.
• Support product launches by logging all new items to provide sales teams with up-to-date content leverage.
• Track annual deliverables and commitments, including annual design quotas.
• Monitor weekly intake by checking the Content Request Form for incoming team tasks. Alert leadership teams via email regarding new form submissions.
• Manage digital assets, including the Content Provider List, OneDrive files, and Adobe Stock licensing allocations and deadlines.
• As needed, assist with designer job/task creation and review in the DAM (Bynder) system.
• Update agency pricing spreadsheets when onboarding new design agencies, maintaining the primary file, and archiving screenshots.
• Coordinate contract routing through the Pramata system and collaborate directly with the legal department for approval.
• Process team invoices verify accuracy, obtain manager approval, and submit them to finance teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate degree in marketing, design, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum Two years related experience.
• Experience in marketing or product management is required.
• Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience working with photo or related personalized products in an e-commerce or brick-and-mortar retail environment.
• System Knowledge: Experience handling Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Technical Design Skill: General baseline understanding of graphic and image file formats.
