What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking an Accounting Manager for a 6 month W2 contract position with a client in Stow, Ohio. Preferably, the resources would be located in the Stow, Ohio area and able to come onsite weekly Tuesday - Thursday.
Pay Range: $55.00/hour to $65.00/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Accounting Manager job responsibilities include:
- This role will be reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and oversee ad hoc requests.
- Must be comfortable digging into transactional level data to help reconcile and correct ledger mapping within the ERP.
Required Skills:
- Audit experience (internal or external)
- High level of experience with excel (formulas, pivots, linking files)
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Experience with loan accounting (simple interest and sim of digits/ rule of 78)
- Reserve calculations (Bad debt and inventory related)
- Lease Accounting
- Tax Accounting
Bonus Experience:
- Oracle experience
- SQL reporting
- Power BI
- Alteryx
