IBM Sterling OMS Functional Consultant job responsibilities include:
- Provide functional design and development support for IBM Sterling OMS, focusing on Order and Ship workflows.
- Develop and support APIs and integrations within IBM Sterling OMS using Java/Spring where required.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting issues related to order processing, shipping, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage development and support activities.
- Participate in incident management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.
- Support on-call and weekend rotations as needed based on business requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience working with IBM Sterling OMS.
- Strong experience in Order and Ship management functionalities within OMS.
- Experience developing or supporting Java/Spring-based applications and APIs.
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, and issue resolution.
- Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
