Functional Consultant Job Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP PI/PO across complex system landscapes.
- Build and enhance interfaces using IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, and REST-based technologies.
- Perform message mapping using graphical, XSLT, and Java-based techniques.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and validate integration scenarios.
- Support testing activities, including integration testing, cutover planning, and post-deployment stabilization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP PI/PO development and enterprise integration projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PI/PO (7.3/7.5 ) with experience in interface development, message mapping, and middleware architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and supporting complex integrations (IDoc, SOAP, REST) with strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system integration skills.
