Akkodis is seeking a Process Expert for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). You will conduct process assessments and lead optimization initiatives using data‑driven methodologies to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Process Expert Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour

Process Expert Job Responsibilities Include
- Conduct end‑to‑end process assessments to identify inefficiencies, reduce cycle time, and recommend improvement solutions.
- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma–based strategies to drive operational transformation and enhance client experience.
- Use data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA to analyze processes and support optimization initiatives.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Create detailed process maps, document future‑state processes, and clearly present recommendations to drive stakeholder alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.
- Six Sigma Certification (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) with proven ability to demonstrate implemented process improvements.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Lean methodologies, data‑driven analysis, and tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA.
