What are the responsibilities and job description for the AETC Stan/Eval Support - Holloman AFB with Security Clearance position at Akima Infrastructure Services?
Akima Global Logistics is looking for professionals to support FTOS functions. FTOS functions include aircrew Training support, and Standardization & Evaluation (Stan/Eval) support. The focus of work shall be to support non-flying duties in training squadrons that rated personnel traditionally perform as additional duties. Responsibilities * The Contractor shall notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail and IAW local standards.
- The Contractor shall opt members for checkride testing in MS as they enter the 6th month prior to their checkride expiration date.
- The Contractor shall review student evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly, or per local procedures.
- The Contractor shall coordinate with the Stan/Eval officer to review and update student/permanent party records (Form 8/4350/942s), folders (FEFs) AFMAN 11-2(MDS) V1for the attached aircraft.
- The Contractor shall take and log inputs, then prepare coordination for the Chief Stan/Eval Officer to update flying publications as needed. Qualifications * Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).
- Must have a minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have the ability to operate the following systems/programs: (Computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX).
- Must be familiar with SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
